    ITC has a career opportunity for a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) supporting a US Army program located outside of the continental US (Kuwait).


    The Deputy Program Manager will be responsible for the overall, day-to-day management of the OCONUS Field Site Representative team. The DPM will assist the CONUS PM in the management and coordination of contract deliverables and milestones to ensure operational effectiveness.  The DPM will ensure compliance with the Contract Statement of Work (SOW), internal company policies and Kuwait military procedures.


    The DPM will be responsible for face-to-face communication with key program stakeholders to continuously manage priorities, develop synchronized timelines for project completion, manage expectations and requests for information, conduct requirements analysis and develop courses of actions. The DPM will interface with customers on a regular basis to monitor customer feedback related to the products and support being delivered. 


    The DPM will ensure the technical and programmatic milestones are implemented in accordance with schedule and budget constraints. The DPM will work with the CONUS PM to plan and procure necessary staffing to achieve work completion milestones and deliverables. The DPM will provide updates and reports orally and in writing to ITC Management on a weekly and monthly basis.

    The DPM will work with the PM to ensure OCONUS team members are adequately trained and tasking is prioritized and coordinated with program schedules.  The DPM will be the OCONUS lead for implementation of ITC’s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and associated processes.
    The DPM will manage tasking to employees and subcontractors and monitor progress to ensure compliance with quality standards and contract requirements. The DPM will also monitor, record and evaluate individual employee performance assessments.


    At least 5 years of experience in project management, to include:

    • Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Clearance
    • Bachelor’s Degree or applicable Military Experience
    • Independently manages program cost, performance and schedule
    • Ensuring program execution is compliant with the Contract Performance Work Statement, Contract Scope, Quality Management System and internal company policies
    • Supporting a Security Cooperation project within the CENTCOM region
    • Strong time management skills with ability to work well under pressure, multi task, and handle multiple priorities
    • Self-motivator with high level of focus/concentration and ability to prioritize, follow-through, and complete tasks on time
    • Ability to exercise good judgement and handle confidential and sensitive issues
    • Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated product team
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Managing within an ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems a plus
    • PMP certification a plus
